One language application, but not English

Hi,
I'm pretty sure I've seen something about that in the list some time ago, but I couldn't find it...
I'm working on a small application which will be Spanish only.
How can I set that in my application?

For example, if I don't specifiy anything, everytime a date is displayed, it will be displayed in English whatever the page language (written in the HTML) is.

So what's the best way to tell that my application is not English?

Thanks for your pointers.

Xavier

I have found another bug in WO5.3, if the browser request the page in French for example, the date strings are still displayed in English (it was correctly displayed in French in 5.2.3, not sure about 5.2.4). I'll fill a bug for that.
