hello xavier,
you can override in your Session the method takeValuesFromRequest and after
a call to super you call setLanguages( new NSArray( { "Spanish" } ) ).
this is just a guess from memory. But I do not think that the display of
your date will change to spanish automatically. For this to happen you need
to provide custom date-formatters as far as I know.
