Before I fall laughing from my chair:

while it *might* have been an issue in the past - when you actually forked money over for WO and could expect a working product - this has changed with 5.3 which you get as a give-away with either OSX or OSX-Server. Apple will certainly make updates and fixes, but they will likely be more close-mouthed than ever before about it.

And there isn't so much stuff to fix anyway. I haven't heard of grave bugs in the frameworks, and the tools work if you were wise enough to keep an older version around:)
