I agree.
I should consider, getting a XServe, having WO 5.3 included; will have to
talk to our IT about this (not using Windows).
Anyway, has Apple dropped the support of WO for other platforms than Mac OS
X? Will they deliver 5.3 for Windows at some time? We will see...

It sounds like something is wrong with the license key. Perhaps you
were given one for a student package by mistake (I have no idea if
these are actually different). You might consider just moving to WO
5.3 and saving yourself the cost.
