I've bumped into this problem once or twice myself (and, Louis, alas,
have not found a good solution in EOF). Time to time it might be
reasonable to have relationships which go over editing contexts
bounds and save the EC's separately (namely, the side which has no
foreign keys could be saved anytime even if the side which has them
is not saved yet).
