I'm sorry - it was my mistake. It should be written as "Radosław Tryc" with polish " ł " sign in it.

I hope that all this informations will soon apear at Apple's WO licencing pages.

Maybe he was referring to 5.3? It *is* legal for 5.3.1. I forwarded your email to Peter Zakharov (he's with Sales at Apple France) for clarification. I couldn't find any Radoslaw Tryc in our employee directory (spelling?).
