WO development on MacTel iMac?

Does anyone know if it is possible to do WO development on the new Intel-based iMacs? Do I have to install a new intel-based Xcode? Will the WO installation work?

What about using my current development setup, where I run OSX Server 10.4.4 so that I can test deployment to the target server environment?
