Twice now the EOModel component of XCode 2.2.1 has crashed on me
(it is the most fragile piece of XCode I've ever experienced) and
seemingly corrupted a part of the WebObjects application build
process. Specifically, the written "MacOSClassPath.txt" file is
now generated as follows, with each line prefixed with an
extraneous "HOMEROOT/ApplicationsHOMEROOT" string (I've dropped
lines from the sample below):
Here is your solution: Don't use the EOModel component of Xcode
2.2.1. Use EOModeler instead.
I simply put EOModeler on the "Dock" and drag the model file from
Xcode and drop it on EOModeler. Others may have an ever better
solution to allow for double-clicking the model, but this works fine
for me.
