Yep.

Yes, my code is buggy - but as I see it, it should fail in both cases. I may be wrong here, but the fact remains that the "attribute name is not reachable" from any of the used entities. Case one uses "Contact" which has no name attribute, second case uses "InternalUser" which also has no attribute "name". It should crash in both cases.

You might think, I'm just stupid - but that's YOUR way of looking at it. Perhaps you can enlighten me with your great experience.
