It's not both. It's a fairly simple history tracker with a database
or database-ish backend. Could be done near as easily in PHP/MySQL
or C++ (if they didn't need a GUI) as WebObjects or Cocoa. Problem
is they don't know how they'll need to deploy it yet.
?! So it's not multi-user? Okay, I see.
