Hello

I am deploying a WO Application on Windows 2003 with IIS.
But my appliction don't start.(another small Application Start)

Doesn't start from the command line (bat file?)? Doesn't start from JavaMonitor? Starts but a browser can't reach it? There are many ways for this to fail, each needs a different debugging approach.

Where is the log File on Windows?

That depends on what is going wrong. The app's log file is specified on its configuration page in JavaMonitor.
