For everyone's reading:
http://www.thirstybear.com/thirsty-bear-presskit.pdf
I have a call in, but it hasn't been returned. I'm not sure if we need
to have food+bev for the minimum. Also, what exact times do you guys
want? When's the Apple reception? We can do either $15 (2 hours) or
$20 (3 hours).. Or I can simply organize, if they allow, the cash bar
and pay the $125 for the room, with each person paying me $2 to cover,
on their own for their drinks and any ordered food. Anything left over
goes to the gratuity. This latter may simply be the easiest to setup
and allows for the most flexibility when we get there. I definitely
don't want to have to adhere to any head count requirements :)

Such things have been dealt with before. What about a Paypal or Kagi
