JDBC connection failed for org.postgresql.Driver for EOMOdeler

When I try to show data within the EOModeler, I get an error message
as it can not find the driver 'org.postgresql.Driver' in the Java Runtime.
I put the postgresql.jar in the following directories:
- %JAVA_HOME%\lib
- %NEXT_ROOT%\lib\java
- %NEXT_ROOT%\lib\java\extensions
- %NEXT_ROOT%\libraray\jdk\lib
- %NEXT_ROOT%\libraray\WebObjects\extensions
- %NEXT_ROOT%\libraray\WebObjects\lib
Still no luck :-(
