You have to include it in Eclipse. If you want to do yourself a favour, put it as a "Libraries" folder in a newly created WebObjects framework set it up to export the jar (look at ERJar how to do that) and include that framework with your application. Than you don't use some artificial classpath entry that might or might not work.
