I've been tearing my hair out all day on this very subject.
We too bought the WebPDFReport framework but it is littered with
ObjectiveC memory leaks which are causing is real problems. We have
even offered to fix the code for them, but we too have had no
response from their email.
Anyway, after playing with many tools all day I am reasonably happy
right now with this one:

We are also working on a WebKit based library of our own for doing
this job (don't you just love the way webkit renders stuff ?!). It's
an ObjectiveC library but is not yet finished - if anyone fancies
helping us I can stick the source on sourceforge...

Depending on what exactly your goal is you might look at these:
1. Apache FOP ( http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/)
2. iText ( http://www.lowagie.com/iText/)
3. jFreeReport (http://www.jfree.org)
We're using FOP to create PDF's but are struggling with direct HTML
to PDF
conversion.
