after downloading and extracting the only thing in the ../to_pack folder
is a usr folder, under neath of which is:
/usr/local/portage/webobjects/files/to_pack/usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_WebObjects.2.0.54.so
and mod_WebObjects.so
if you have a more recent version or updated manifest I'd like to try it.

try downloading the improved version which is now available from our site.
