Great job!

If the PDF export of confluence might start to work, we'd be able to crank out e-books, sell them via iTunes, and make $$$ for developing a WOBuilder replacement...

On the other hand: I really appreciate the free gift of bandwidth and cpu that the people of Mdimension and Objectstyle give, but it'd be nice to take some sharing of the load, by mirroring these efforts.

The change that St-Louis MO (where the wiki webserver is located according to visualware) and Mechanicsville VA (webobjects.mdimension.com) are hit by an earthquake is not as big as California, but having all responsibility for such an essential service to the community on the shoulders of so few people should not be necessary.

At the moment I am not in the position to share more bandwidth for I only have an ADSL account at the moment, but in the october timeframe I'll be having more bandwidth and be willing to set up mirrors for both efforts.

Please contact me off-mailinglist if that might be worth investigating.

Hi All,

Over the course of the weekend, the WebObjects wikibook (at http://
en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Programming:WebObjects) has been imported into
the confluence wiki at objectstyle.org:

http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WO/Home

This effort was the result of feedback from many on the list that
suggested that the confluence wiki was much better than the wikibooks
wiki, but that the wikibooks content should be preserved since so
much work has gone into it. The wiki at objectstyle.org will be
expanded and reorganized over the next few months, and everyone is
welcome (and encouraged) to contribute to the content there. If
there is agreement from everyone that everything has been moved over
correctly, we will totally disable the wikibooks wiki (except for a
note pointing to objectstyle.org) in a week or so to avoid future
confusion over the best place for documentation.

Mark
