ObjectStyle.org has been up since 2001 and has no plans to shut down any time soon. It even outlived some of our hosting providers and survided 4 major infrastructure migrations. Although I wouldn't bet on us outliving the Wikipedia, so taking full XML backups is a good idea :-)
