That shouldn't matter. It's an either/or case. The thing to check is
the *Classpath files in Contents/[MacOS | UNIX | Windows] (whichever
is relevant for your deployment) in the built product.
Also double check the permissions on the deployment server.
But it still has the same error...
I'll try embedding the frameworks...
If you're embedding (which I usually do) you only need to upload the
changes, rather than replacing the whole thing each time.
