What is the difference between: Eclipse IDE for Java Developers ,
Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers, and Eclipse Classic?
It's the Eclipse Foundation making something complicated that used to
be easy. The difference is in the plugins that are installed in them
by default. The link above takes you to the old way, which I find to
just make more sense.
Which one most closely resembles XCode?
There is no difference from that perspective. Eclipse is very
different than Xcode.
Can you do a mass find/replace in Eclipse like in XCode?
Yes.
