uncomment the
# WebObjectsLog /Library/WebObjects/Logs/WebObjects.log Debug
entry in /System/Library/WebObjects/Adaptors/Apache2.2/apache.conf.
If I didn't do that, WebObjects.log was not written.
Then after creating /tmp/logWebObjects, I had to restart Apache. I
don't believe that this was necessary prior to WO 5.4, but I'm not
100% certain.
