I've moved to Eclipse 3.3.1 without issue.

You should probably check the WOLips list archives <http:// wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/spaces/viewmailarchive.action? key=WOL>, particularly the 'Eclipse 3.3.1... and stuff' thread, before making up your mind.
