Anyone running Direct To WebServices on WOLIps and 5.4.3?

I am trying to test some WebServices stuff. I thought of starting out with a simple implementation with DirectToWebServices, but I can not seem to get these things running in 10.5 with 5.4.3 installed, nor with 5.3.3 installed.

I try the route via New->Other-DirectToWebService Application, then add a Business Logic Framework, then fire up the application.

The message I am getting is:
