What about those who purchased the Windows Development licenses of 5.2, have those been revoked? Is there anyone on the list from Apple that can clarify? I develop on OS X and Mac Pro, so doesn't really apply to my development, but there are many Windows shops out there.
If you bought a 5.2 license and you're continuing to develop with 5.2, your license is still valid. If you upgrade to 5.3+, however, you would have to accept the new license terms.
