I'm a bit confused with regards to licensing WebObjects; if I'm a developer that writes a WebObjects application, what is required to distibute my app, and what - if any - license fees are involved?

I looked at the Apple web site, but for 5.4 it stated to look into the XCode installer, were I couldn't locate a WebObjects license. For 5.2 it seems there is a cost of $699 per deployment.

In non-legalese it means you are only allowed to develop on a Mac but you can deploy your app on any system you want. Everything but Mac OS X Server is an unsupported deployment platform. It will probably work just fine though.

At least that is what I always understood from discussion about it.
