For WO5.3/10.4 this worked: <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="<webobjects name=LinkToCSSFile></webobjects>" title="StyleSheet" />
or, of course, ERXStyleSheet in wonder ... <wo:ERXStyleSheet filename="style.css"/>
