Turn off showing features by category and it should should show up the three things you need. I haven't had a chance to look into why that doesn't work properly yet.

Oh, that is assuming you are using http://qdolan.github.com/JavaRebelEclipsePlugin as the update site url?

That did it. Thanks very much.

I just pushed up a new version that should fix that issue (and a few other non 3.5 related ones)
