I followed your instructions and I was able to install everything fine
but the code sense does not work? i.e. if I press ctrl-space bar the
code suggestion box appears with nothing in it.
Is this a known issue or something I should try to figure out?

my personal routine?
eclipse.org
click Downloads
scroll down to Eclipse Classic
click Other Downloads under that
click the build you want (3.5 in this case)
click the one you want (Cocoa x86_64 for me)
eclipse classic has all the basic java stuff + it has plugin
development in it. the only difference between ANY of these versions
is just the plugin set that comes with it. the only thing i will
point out is that Q mentioned that you can't get the x86_64 version
from the top level page -- you HAVE to drill into these pages to get
it.

Any suggestions as to which of the Galileo packages we should use?
We've got "Java Developers", "Java EE Developers" and "Classic"
that all look like potential candidates...

I'm using it (cocoa 32 bit flavor) since a few days. Seems to work
fine. Some notes:
-You MUST install from http://webobjects.mdimension.com/wolips/eclipse_3_5/
-MacGoodies don't work (read: immediately crash eclipse) on the 64
bit variant, so better use the 32 bit variant
-Maclipse is currently incompatible with eclipse 3.5

A releted question: Galileo (3.5) is final now - does WOLips
support it yet?
Thanks,

Hi all,
I'm wondering what versions of Eclipse are currently compatible
with WOLips. I ask because I just started looking at the Android
SDK and the Eclipse Classic environment is specifically listed as
not supported. Does WOLips work with Eclipse for Java
Developers, JEE, or RCP versions? I'd like to have a single
Eclipse install for both if that is possible.
Thanks,
Ramsey
