How about the whole <org.xml.sax.SAXParseException> stuff was just a side affect of the wrong parser and this parser now being used knows nothing about the <WebObjects> tag because of some Project setting?

That seems like a reasonable guess. I have _no_ idea what specifically you may have done to cause this.



I will re-try the alias stuff until I get it right, thanks for responding, but for now I really want to get a demo deployed this month.
