So, I'm just playing around and it looks like it is the GMT-00:05
that is messing things up. It effects a bunch of locations
(Hamilton, Windsor, Sudbury, Toronto).
Guess I should file a bug.
That or move... ;-)
Yeah, that's probably the easier option.
