When it says "is not supported" that means just that. WO shouldn't
be used on 10.6... You can try at your own risk, but things like
software updates and such aren't going to be tested against breaking
it. The blurb about being able to use 10.6 to remotely manage a
10.4 or 10.5 server implies that keeping one of those around is the
intended configuration.
In the same sense that if you install Wordpress on your server, it's
"not supported" and Apple hasn't "tested against breaking it," but it
works just fine. WO is just a Java app -- it works perfectly fine on
Snow Leopard.
