Not to be harsh, but you are not going to get that. Apple is not
going to make any kind of public statement about WebObjects NOT
being deprecated.
If Apple had depreciated WO they would have issued a statement to
that effect. They haven't.
Well putting in the 10.6 Server manual that WO is no more supported is
not encouraging either.

Apple. Just like always. Not having it installed by default is not
the same as it being discontinued or deprecated.
