did you see the 'final' disposition. I discovered that if IE was in "compatibility" mode, the ADP didn't work as advertised. However, if you take IE out of Compatibility mode it almost works 100%.
it still fails if you have an ADP on a AMD and you refresh the AMD:
AjaxModalDialog.update(context(), "Bill Released Versions");
in this case, the ADP shows itself as transparent but you can still select the dates.
