here's something interesting:
There is more to this……
enter a page with the IE Compatibility turned off
the ADP appears correctly on an AMD.
dismiss the dialog and show the dialog again and the ADP is transparent
no matter how many times I close and reopen the AMD the ADP does not function (is transparent)
switch Compatibility modes and the ADP functions one time (opening AMD, viewing the ADP then closing the AMD) and then is transparent
switch Compatibility modes again and it functions one time (ad nauseum).
I wish I knew enough of this code to even begin looking at the problem.
