Looks good. I think the wiki page should be better organized, when I wrote the page, I added instructions for people who built their own Apache server, and after someone added notes for Ubuntu, and if you use the built-in version of Apache HTTPd on CentOS, again the paths are different. We should add blocks for each OS (on CentOS, do this, on Ubunto, do that).

BTW, about the WebObjects directory for the WSR, I don't copy it anymore, I just add a <Directory> directive in httpd.conf for it. And I saw your other blog post about the JDK, you are right, OpenJDK and, worse, the GNU crap, doesn't work well with WO. That should go in the wiki too.
