I just got your screen shot of the Safari dev tools. It says it's looking for your .js files at /WebObjects/Frameworks/FrameworkName.framework
That means that it's looking in (I believe) /Library/WebServer/Documents/WebObjects/Frameworks/...
Download the Wonder binary frameworks (not the source) and put all the frameworks in that location. That should get it working, but it doesn't really "fix" it.
