This is a mandatory to-one. That (presumably) is why the save message was appearing. My question was more about why the data from the removed performance was still appearing after I had removed it. In other words, I'm not having a problem with the validation, but with the display. (there should be no performance listed in the performance section)
so: Inspecting a booking:
Click edit:
Click the "X" button:
All this seems fine. Then I click remove:
If I then save I get the save error shown previously, not allowing me to save because there is no performance. But the info from the performance continues to appear. Unless I then click new and cancel. Then it shows this:
Which is what it presumably should have shown after the remove.
