Hi,
I'm aware of this good practice but i'm actually pushing maven in our organization.
I'm "mavenizing" a 10yo application (42 frameworks, and a lot of "satellite" apps) before setting up automatic builds and deployment.
By the way, thank to all the commiters for the awesome job they're doing on the maven plugins.
