I've done something similar with Jenkins recently. Different projects requiring different branches of the same frameworks. It required shell scripts to softlink the appropriate frameworks into the Library/Frameworks directory and all was good.  I would imaging Jenkins is a bit like Maven in the respect that it's a chore to get things right the first time, but after you've got it set up you can forget about it.
