Maybe you had access to pre-release code, because the WOJenkins github history only start in june of this year, hardly 8 months ago! ;-)
It does have a bunch of job templates for both SVN and Git repo. Maybe the pre-release you worked with had support for cvs, but it no longer look like it's supported.
