Can't find stylesheets in deployment

OK-
I have this in my startup monitor: NSProjectSearchPath '(/var/www/html/WebObjects/YellaDashboard.woa)'
Which is correct as this is a split install.
However, my stylesheets come back as:
href="/ERROR/NOT_FOUND/app=YellaDashboard/filename=bootstrap.css"
The files are in there.. though a directory called stylesheets in WebServerResources.
Thoughts?
