In summary, we are fucked up.

> Come to think of it, when I ran Golipse after your fix,  it did download eclipse, but it did not download the wolips perspective. When I went to Window > Open Perspective > Other the wolips perspective was not listed, so I installed it manually with eclipse.  This was fairly late at night after a couple of margaritas, so I could be wrong, and maybe it was there the first time but I missed it.
