New install help

I just acquired an iMac (M1) with Sequoia

There is no WO at all on this machine.

First, is there on the WIKI an instruction listing what needs to be installed?

If I go straight to using maven, are there instructions for creating D2W apps
and creating and using custom frameworks? I have always split my Model into its
own framework.
