Automatically copying from X11

Is there a way to get rid of the extra step of selecting "copy" from the
X11.app menu to copy the X11 selection into the OSX copy buffer. The extra
copy is driving me nuts. ;-)

Also, I can't seem to get copy from non-x11 apps to X11 to work without
running autocutsel. Any ideas on this?
