You should probably put the script inside ".xinitrc" in your home
directory, using /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc as a template. Otherwise, you
can modify /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc directly to make it a systemwide
change. Don't forget to backup the system file if you change it!

Hello,
I have written a small Apple Script that starts X11 then my app, and it
resides and works nicely in the dock. All fine. But is there a way to
set the icon as it appears in the doc, instead of it appearing as a
generic "script" icon?
Thanks...
