OK Guess I'll have to work this one out on me own then. I'll let you
know if I have any success.

What I would like to do is have one of the desktops in CodeTek VD have
a gnome-session running in it. I want it to be full screen modeso
that the is no mac doc or apple menue.
I remember doing something like this way back when the first beta came
out for mac x11 but have no clue how to do it now. I know that I need
to run quartz-wm with the switch which allows cut and past but as to
the rest I have no clue.
Would anyone have a script that would do this so that I can assign it
to the x11 menu as an item?
Any help appreciated.
My reasoning behind this is to keep my mac environment and my X11
environment completely separate. An gnome-desktop is the one I am most
familiar with (although I use gnome 2 at work)
