I have found that
1) Start X11
2) Uncheck/Disable -> Enable key equivalents under X11
3) Quit X11
4) Start X11
5) Check/Enable -> Enable key equivalents under X11
6) Quit X11
7) Start X11 and use it
gets X11 copy paste working just fine/normal for me.
Good Luck,

This is really frustrating. I've done a new install of panther and
Apple X11. I can copy and paste from OS X to X11 with no problem at
all.
However I can't get it to work from X11 back to OS X, and this is what
I need desperately. I can copy and paste within an X11 window, and b/n
X11 windows, but how do I get the text back into an OS X application?
I've tried cmd-v, turning on and off three button mouse emulation,
enable keys equiv under X11. What do I need to do?
Any help appreciated.
thanks, Bob
