Hi, I'm just getting into Fink and want to go ahead an install a
whole load of things on my Apple X11 but just a little scarred
because I don't have time to do a whole reinstall of my system at
the moment if something goes wrong.
I'm running Mac OS X 10.2.4 and have installed the latest Apple X11
beta. I have also installed Fink 0.5.1. I had previously to Apple's
X11 installed and had running Xdarwin but did not un-install anything.
Now I am just trying Fink and as a test trying to Install Xpilot.
After I type 'fink install xpilot' I get two options:
fink needs help picking an alternative to satisfy a virtual dependency. The
candidates:
(1) system-xfree86: Placeholder package for manually installed XFree86
(2) xfree86-base: XFree86 libraries, utilities, clients and data
given the above information what I'm I supposed to select to make
sure I don't mess anything up with my current Apple X11 install?
Asam..
