I'm trying to get xterm to start up with bash. I changed my shell with netinfo manager and Terminal figures it out, but not xterm. It is picking up a value from someplace, but I can't figure out where. Obviously not the same place as Terminal.

at first i tried chsh in my xterm (just as i would on freebsd). this changes the master.passwd and inserts the new shell, but it gets overwritten by netinfo. so i changed the shell via netinfo. it seems that you have to relogin to make it work for unix-stuff like xterm.
