Feature Request - Focus-follows-mouse and no raise-on-focus

It would be very helpful if I could configure X11 so that I can type in one
window while another sits on top of it. With apps like the IDL Development Environment
it is necessary to have graphical display windows on top of the command entry
window in order to see animations, etc.

Right now, I have to run KDE in order to have this work. With XDarwin, KDE runs pretty
well, BTW, but it is definitely a pain.
